This is the "YUKON BALLADEER" AL OSTER - an alternative
photograph taken from our vaults. This was sent to us when we licensed the
material for CATTLE LP 108 and LP 109. We haven't seen this take
anywhere else. The albums were not among our best sellers, although
they were certainly two of the best on the CATTLE label. This Canadian
artist is simply too unknown over here in Europe. The ballads from the
icy Yukon and Alaska territories tell wonderful stories of the life of
the people who live there. Al hails from British Columbia, but spent
many years of his life in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada.
